Shipping And Handling – There is a standard delivery charge to UK Mainland addresses of £5.95 ex VAT. Particularly heavy items we reserve the right to apply a surcharge.
Mainland UK delivery is next working day* with orders placed before 9 AM. Our working days our Mon – Fri, (8AM – 4 PM) *times may be delayed if stock is unavailable, please email to check stock levels if urgent.
Shipping Cost Breakdown – Shipping costs include, next day tracked shipping via text and email. Double walled boxes and packing materials to maximise protection of goods.
Additional Shipping Costs for Heavy Goods – Shipping charges for heavy items, including beverages, will be subject to additional fees based on their weight.
Delivery – All UK orders are on average dispatched and delivered within 2-5 working days, earlier if at all possible. Please contact in advance for transit times before placing orders to avoid disappointment.
Damages & Claims: If you receive your order damaged, you must sign for the item as “DAMAGED“. We also require photographic evidence of the item(s) claimed for clearly showing damage to external packaging, internal packaging, parcel label on item and damage to the item. Failure to do so will result in us not being able to refund or replace items.

Deliveries – Deliveries are dispatched via DPD Local using their Track + Trace Next Working Day service, At the time of dispatch, an SMS or e-mail will be sent, by DPD (using the supplied mobile number / e-mail address) detailing timed delivery details and tracking information.
Mis deliveries – If a delivery attempt fails at no fault of Sweetie Treats and a returned to sender is issued, we reserve the right to refund the cost of the goods minus the cost of shipping of our standard flat rate.
Large orders – Large orders or particularly heavy items, may also be subject to additional charges, but these will only be applied following full discussion. Large orders can be shipped via Pallet if necessary and could be more cost effective.
Shipping Destinations – Sweetie Treats will now only ship across the UK, until a Brexit deal has been confirmed. We thank all our customers outside the UK for their support and hope to be able to offer shipping outside the UK very soon. (Shipping rates may vary).
